  It is little wonder this facility is not busy at noon when one takes into account the remarkably poor service. I was standing at the counter waiting for my order while the manager was mopping the floor, when another customers came & stood beside me. The mgr was facing the counter & rather than direct one of the staff to wait on the customer, or ask him what he wanted, he simply continued to mop the floor. The man waited for what seemed to be a long time, while our dedicated mgr continued mopping all the way to the back of the facility. Tha young lady that was making my shakes was still out of sight. Another young lady finally came & asked the man what he wanted, which was a large cup of water. He was told that a large water would be $2.40! In my humble opinion, it just seems to me that upper management might want to at least consider looking into these two crucial issues...Customer recognition & prompt attentiveness, & x some alternative to charging a customer for water the same price as you do for a soft drink!...ps The positive observation? Tha shakes were good, & the floor was really clean.

  My family and I got major food poisoning from watching their jalapeño poppers. I do not recommend this place!
